Actually, I went to the supermarket twice to get the ingredients.

I have no idea why was I so panic this time. Maybe this time is not for fun but for a port luck.

I was so worried. Perfectionist here. I want them to be nice :)

While I was preheating the oven, I actually put it in a wrong mode and something went wrong with my first batch of muffins. That is why I need to go to the supermarket and get another packet of flour. Everything was in a mess.

When I was back for the second time, sis said that the first batch of muffins were nice indeed.

But guess what? I forgot the almond flakes. LOOK! I was that panic LOL!

After almost an hour, I am done with the muffins. Cool them down and place them nicely in the tupperware :)
